09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 01:30 pm - one green apple 05:00 pm - one green apple 08:30 pm - two apples, one peach, a slice of low-fat cheese
Very busy day today! Didn't eat as much because I was really really busy and didn't find the time. All in all, feeling quite good.
