hello everyone, today exercise seemed to be better, yesterday I thought I would never get finished but today was a better day things went right on bye. My son got me a stability ball for xmas and that ball and I havent seemed to hit it off yet but im not gonna give up it wont get the best of me..LOL

Keep at the stability ball!! I was certain my Pilates DVD was going to be the death of me when I started but now I can do almost EVERYTHING on it!!

Good for you, don't give up on the s ball. I am using bands today, no outside exercise, only 2 degrees here thia morning.
