Oh boy is it hard to keep on keeping on right now. I'm doing fair with the calorie counting most days, but have just completely stopped exercising. Every day, I tell myself that I am going to get back on it. All day long, I think "I'll get around to it" and every day, I end up going to bed having done NOT ONE single exercise.

I can do better than this! I especially need to be exercising if I am going to be baking things over the holidays. I have to get my motivation back up!! If I can just be strong through the end of the year, January will be easier to handle. Then it will be smooth sailing for a while.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 December 2011:

Start with just a little exercise. If you have read my journals, you know that I absolutely suck at it and have had no motivation. I recommend that you look into Extreme Makeover's Weight Loss Edition workout DVD. It starts so easy it's ridiculous. You need a floor mat, not other tools. First workouts are 15 minutes. Surely you can handle that.
