okay so i've been back now for 6 days and i've been losing like crazy maybe the cheat did help me out a little bit.. i find that i sometimes cheat around the 8th and 9 th and the weight loss has really stalled.. i'm hoping to get under 190 before the end of this month.. my goal before i cheated was 180-185.. if i made that i would be so happy but i dont know thats aiming a little to high.. wish me luck guys
