Did my push ups. The last set, could only muster 11. It beats the 7 for monday so I am fine with it. Lots of stretching. Plan to leave and do pushups before bed. Did the treadmill for 30 and pulled the boys thru the snow on sleds. All is good, or is it the silence before the storm. No doritos!!!
