I'm back, but really just monitoring at the moment. That weigh-in reminder kept popping up and I knew it was way off. I had to come back to own my truth and stop feeling guilty each time I saw it. I'm going to watch how my weight fluctuates for a while. I want to see how certain things affect my weight, so I know what to expect and understand how to self-correct. I'm going to try different things and just see what happens. There is no diet plan, just awareness.
