Feels good to be back on track for loosing weight. Don't know if its the dieting, 1200 cal and lower carbs, or that I didn't wear a hormone patch last week. Afraid to try it again, may hold off on hormones until I get my weight under control. Sure did stop the hot flashes though, if they come back, I'll have to get back on them again.
