Hello from Florida, I just joined and already I like like it. today was a good day. Still at work have about 30 more mins to go. :) I need to lose about 50 lbs for my wedding. I will not even plan the date until I'm 15lbs away. so any hep from the group or encouraging words would be great..

Thanks guys. I'm going to really give it my all this time. not only to get married but to be healthy and fit and be about to walk with out huffing and puffing. :)
