I haven't weighed in a month, because work has been ridiculously busy. I have still been working out, but haven't weighed myself since the last weigh-in. Yes, it shows 1 lb gained, but really, 115 is my "goal" maintenance weight. 113.5 is a little low for me. I've stayed active, continued eating healthy, just a bit busier. I have stocked both my work fridge and a drawer at my desk with healthy snacks and food, as I don't always have time to grab something, and have been really bad at fixing my lunch the day before. It's still worked out.
