Working out with the wii in the morning. getting in my sit ups. The abs know something is up. I figure in 3 months it will be fully evident. Wednesday is more push up days. I am actually looking forward to it. Ran on the tread mill. I figure I need to get in 15 minin the morning ang 15 in the afternoon. If I don't get it monday thru friday, I will log the difference plus the regular on the weekend.
