It's been about 2 months since I've been off my diet. Know that the holidays are over I have decided to get back on my diet.. More or less eatting right and starting to work out at least 15 minutes a day.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
