It's been about 2 months since I've been off my diet. Know that the holidays are over I have decided to get back on my diet.. More or less eatting right and starting to work out at least 15 minutes a day.

This last two weeks have been very hard. Had to start walking and doing the wii, because two weeks ago my pelvis was hurting from doing so much and that did discourage me. i have gained a pound and a half, so I have set a goal for myself. i wasnt to have 10 pounds off for anthony's christinging. Novemeber 22..

It's been really hard trying to stay on my diet. I want to lose the weight, but I also want to eat whatever I want to. Dosent really go together dose it. Keeping ym head up going to do some hard core recording this week..
