ok so I have pretty much changed the diet... I mean its not like I went right into sugars and all. I guess its more like i just know i need to eat sensible and eat more small meals, and not to late at night. I still do not drink soda or energy drinks, I still try to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night I stay away from junk food and most sugar except for a rare treat like once a week....a piece of candy or a cookie.
It seems to be semi working. I mean I am not losing weight but I am not gaining any. The one thing I am lacking is vegetables!!! I don't eat nearly enough..
Any help on the vegetables would be appreciated.
