I should not have had the cheese fries yesterday. I don't even know why I ordered them! That tipped off the scale, but it's ok. Today is another day, and I will stick to my diet. Pre-planning is key.
I've been reading The Complete Beck Diet, and I think I will keep off the weight this time. I know how to lose weight, but it's the psychological factors that prevent me from losing weight and keeping it off. With this book, I hope to learn the necessary skills to prevent myself from sabotaging my goals.
