It's Friday! Weighing in early as I am leaving on vacation. I hope to come back relaxed, refreshed and ready to join some new challenges, make more friends and lose more weight. It has been a very good 8 weeks for me. I feel successful in building core strength, walking more and Overall, I am feeling great! No major food backslides or binges...just eating what I want and enjoying it. Logging my food journal and being AWARE, and ACCOUNTABLE, ACCEPTING my choices and having a good ATTITUDE on everything in my life.
