Weigh in 186.5

No pump first thing in the morning Saturday - haven't worked out since Thursday

It's funny because my scale indicates that I have 46 lbs of fat and a fat percentage of 25% with a total fat loss of only 8 lbs since starting but when I plug my measurements into any calculator I come up with 36lbs of fat and - which would indicate 19% body fat.
