In bed with a flu the last 2 days. Didn't count macros, calories or exercise. My fever broke last night so I'm considering going to the gym today. Maybe I'll give it another day off and then work legs. We'll see how I feel tomorrow after work. Today's plan is to drink lots of water, eat clean, high protein, and mow the lawn and clean up the back garden. Then it's back to work tomorrow.
