My body is aching, spent the morning in bed. Got really high last night, woke up with munchies and sore bones, go figure. Whilst high I realised I often feel like eating, or think I want to eat when in fact I just associate being high with munchies so i THINK im hungry when in fact I'm not. Need to break these mental associations and unhealthy habits i've been developing for the past couple decades.
Today is a good day. Having a mini reunion with friends from high school, one i havent seen in over three years. We used to study together in London. Shall be fun. I'll make a mental note to keep the mental munchies on lock.
