Tuesday was my first personal training session. It went fairly well, although I am now unable to walk :D It took place in a public park which was quite a challenge since Ive always had an insecurity about working out in public. In this country, if you work out outdoors and are dowed with boobs and ass, you become a target for street harassers. But this park proved me wrong. Noone paid attention to me.
Second session is due in 10 minutes. Looking forward to crawling back home.

First day of Ramadan and I'm back at it.
Def. not trying for a diet. Let's if calorie counting and working out will do it for me.
