ok so today im going to start with a different workout I'm going to add 15 more minutes to cardio and more exercises w/ my stability ball. I have until april to drop the rest of this weight...
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

873 kcal Fat: 15.62g | Prot: 56.68g | Carb: 142.41g.   Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios - Breakfast Pack. Lunch: Lesser Evil Veggie crisps, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Dinner: 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli, natures own light white bread 1 slice, lean cuisine dinner. Snacks/Other: one medium apple. more...
