my manager just bought me a donought as she could see i was down and didnt want to be really rude and ignore her offer so ate it... but stupidly just realised that it bread... this is going to be hard to give up .... its everywhere.. and i know i shouldnt have had the dounought (thats so not the right spelling for it) but i really didnt want to be rude..at least it was a round one not a whole one with no jam or anything...!

OMG - just looked up the kcals for the doughnut - 440kcals! so so so so annoyed - ia m doin lots of walking tonight so hopefully will burn off a little bit of it.

I just saw this... all my coworkers know I am dieting, so they wouldnt do something like that, that might help you... one of them actually gave me good advice- dont eat sweets over the holidays (or ever really) that arent homemade. if its homemade, you can indulge and if its not - its not worth the calories and shouldnt offend the person who got it because they didnt make it, they just bought it... i dont know if you will find that helpful, but i did.
