I drank a LOT Wednesday night. I lost count, but it was probably 10 or 12 drinks total. ASweet drinks too. And I ate a lot Wednesday. And I missed 3 days of workouts. Probably the only thing I did right was getting 200grams of protein dauily and drinking more than 4 liters of water all those days. Hung over Thursday, I still made it to the gym and pounded chest, shoulders, triceps and abs. The "mirror muscles'. Surprisingly I only gained a single pound and only lost a little definition in my midsection. I think it's OK to take a few days off from working out every 3 weeks, to let the joints heal. I need to start doing cardio more often.
