Thanks, lulani! I had fasted for my doctor's appointment, and then went a little wild. It was great fun. I hope you are feeling good, lulani. I will try another one soon. It seems like good diet food to me. I am watching videos about cooking this, so I will be more prepare. lol

Funny, Misty, I remember taking the rail, that goes across the outfield side of White Sox stadium as a kid. I have been to Chicago twice. It was a blast there. I went with my parents. I went to all the museums. I loved the lake. It was great!

@Warren - my BMR is about 1625 and my TDEE that includes exercise is 1850. I try to stay under BMR to have a calories deficit - I log 1300-1500 a day but probably eat more becuase it is not exact science, right? The last week I have been eating carbs like crazy though...

I did look at your calendar, and you look very disciplined there. I'm pretty lucky, as my even weight calorie count is around 2000 or more. I know you work very hard on it. Congrats on your dedication. You are so dedicated.
