This is horribly slow. Been eating mostly plant based foods. Don't have a clue why it's taking so long to lose more.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you eating enough protein? Fruits and veggies are very important, but it's equally important to get enough protein. Protein helps us lose fat and build muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest (hence why men usually lose faster than women). Get it many different forms: soy, whey, dairy, etc. Drink water to stay hydrated and flush out sodium. Keep track of your caloric intake. Make sure your eating enough for your current weight, height, sex, age and activity level. Too little and you can slow your metabolism, too much and you won't lose. You just have to find the right balance.
