Went to lunch at a lovely restaurant today, had homemade mushroom soup and grilled cheese and apple sandwich -MMM! Hard to record these things, so I give myself an extra 1-200 calorie buffer and just record the closest thing. The soup I ate may have been 100 calories more than what I recorded (Campbells cream of mushroom soup), so I just make sure I keep about 100 calories away from the number I am aiming for as far as calories. This seems to have worked for me so far!
