Don't get yourself down about 2 oz. Weight can fluctuate for so many reasons- a bit too much salt in your diet will make you hold onto water, as will changes in your hormone level, muscle mass, etc. You got this! Just know that watching your food intake will have more of an effect on your weight loss than exercise.

Your fat intake is very high - work to reduce the amount of fat you eat, just to start with. I have arthritis in my feet - I understand how hard it is to move with arthritis! Here is what I recommend: increase your protein intake. Eat chicken, fish, or tofu instead of sausage and peanut butter. Get 1% lowfat chocolate milk instead of whole milk or cut out chocolate milk altogether and have tea or coffee. Add fruits and vegetables - like, have a half of a bagel with tomato, lettuce and a little salt and pepper instead of a whole bagel. Get fat-free cheeses or just have tuna or salmon. Good luck! It is hard work!
