Since my last weigh in (over 2 years ago) my weight has usually been closer to 215 lbs., sometimes approaching 220. I have not bothered to weigh in throughout that time as I had no desire to record another failure.

I have made some very simple and inexpensive nutritional changes for the past month. It is embarrassingly easy to stick with.

For anyone reading this entry I recommend that you get a copy of the book, The China Study, and absorb it. It might just give you the means to dramatically, but gradually improve the time of your life.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
