I never trust my bathroom scale but it seems that whatever I've been doing lately has helped me to improve my "bottom line." I've been going to the gym as much as possible, cooking healthy, taking smaller portion sizes and avoiding eating too many "reward" treats (chips, ice cream, taht sort of thing).
