went to eat dinner with some family members at cracker barrel. I did well. I studied the menu online before hand so I knew what I could get to fit in my diet. I chose grilled chicken tenderloins and double green beans. I even got to eat 2 biscuits. BUT on the drive home my tummy started cramping really bad. I decided I needed to exercise so I went for my walk/jog/walk combo. I thought I was going to be sick partway through. I finished up and came home and sure enough I got sick. I didn't "rid myself" of much food, but some greasy loosing stuff. i don't know what that was all about. Yesterday when we had pizza it upset my tummy really bad, but it came out the "other" end. I wonder if my body has learned to reject fat? That would be interesting. I know greasy foods have never had this affect on me before. But those green beans tonight were practically swimming in greasy/buttery something. Makes me not want to ever eat anything greasy ever again. I think I am gonna try a glass of milk to see if it will settle my tummy. Maybe look for some pepto.

If you're having any heartburn you may want to get your gallbladder checked out. I had to have mine removed a few years ago when I was losing weight because it stopped producing enough bile to process fats. After I had it removed I felt A LOT better.

it isn't so much heartburn as it is I feel like I have grease swimming in my tummy. I don't have this problem often and 3 months ago I was a greasy food babe, but I will keep an eye on it, if it is a persistent problem. I also have my annual exam this week so I will mention it to my doctor. THanks for the heads up.
