So much to be thankful for! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Thank you Lord for my progress so far. I know I couldn't be doing it without you. Started entering my food for today already. Before the meal. Maybe that will help reduce the tempatations? Tried to get mentally prepared to make good choices. Feeling empowered. Hope to enjoy family more than food. Lifestyle changes. Fingers crossed.
