The refrigerator died Monday. The wife and I bought a new one but it won't be delivered for another week, so this raises a new set of challenges for eating. I got in a really good workout yesterday, lifting and road bike ride, but I ended up spending the rest of the day driving around in city and freeway traffic, so I tried to eat clean but probably could have done better. Also my hormones were probably out of whack from the stress of driving, which makes me feel exhausted.
