Super tired today. Think its that time for me. Boo.
I did my first day of ChaLean Extreme today! I feel a bit shaky afterwards, but your supposed to. Definently a good workout. Over 300 calories burned in 30 minutes. Sweet! Going to church tonight for midnight service. I am going to need some coffee if I am going to stay awake. A little disappointed about still being 153, but I am going to stick this out. I know that combined with Atkins nutrition, ChaLean Extreme will get me where I want. PATIENCE. *sigh*
