Hello journal. I have had a busy but nice weekend. I took the time on Saturday morning while grocery shopping: all my menus for the next 6 days are covered! I have checked my daily average for the past month: Fat: 40.82g Proteins: 97.68g Carbs: 166.65g I will try this week to keep my fat intake to a maximum of 25g per day. Proteins: up to around 120g per day. Carbs: roughly the same 165g.I do not know how this will translate in calories and the impact on my RDI yet. Exercise: I'll do 5kms runs 5 times this week. Then check the changes on the energy levels and scales on Sunday. Bye for now!

ha! thanks Kingk; now that I am so close to the goal, I am more than ever determined to NOT be the (fat) turkey this Christmas! I keep looking for healthy food with less fat / more proteins to bring variety in my diet; the new food this week is: BLACK BEANS. Yummy, and plenty of proteins!
