204.8 lbs. Up from my last weigh in of a while ago, but down from the 209 I hit last week - gotta look at this in positive way! Now to continue in this direction. I'm keeping calories and carbs low again today and will try to continue the low carbs over the holiday weekend. Dinner and a show are scheduled for tomorrow night but I'll skip anything starchy, breads,and dessert. Will however enjoy a glass of red wine!
Being in the right mindframe makes such a huge difference. My mind is in the right place to get this done, just need to keep it there
