I started back on induction on 12/24/09. I had maintained my weight reasonably well. I needed to relose the 5 pounds I had gained back. That was accomplished by 12/28/09. Easy Cheesy. Now, if I could just get below that!!!
Veggies are hard for me, but I am trying very hard to get 12-15 nc a day in.
