I heared you Mike. I will make always make a diet journal each. I am going to PA on Wednesday. I will keep a paper journal unless I can get to a computer to write it each day. I will have my protein powder with me. I will have it for breakfast on Thanksgiving. I will not starve myself. I asked you to help me and I will do what it takes to follow your lead.
