I haven't had a swing up in almost 2 months. I will correct this. #STILLINTHEGAME
220.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Two months with no upswing is a great accomplishment, having the road mapped out for functions like weddings goes a long way to curtailing any long-term gains.

Ditto all above Ches...get right back on program and even the upcoming wedding is a non issue. Life happens (all the time, lol), just roll with the "punches" and keep on keeping on!!!

I will keep a bottle of water with me all the time except for Sunday during the ceremony. This may do the trick.
