Well, this is the first time I've kept a food journal consistently, and it really is very revealing! I like the pie chart at the bottom, that shows you the percentages of what you're eating - I like to think that I'm getting more protein than I actually do! It's also glaring to me how little vegetables I eat - and I do like them, but "somehow" they show up rarely! So, it's a good feedback tool.

I've been doing some "end of the year" clean-up around the house after the holidays, and preparing to get set up to do exercise (with DVDs in my own home - I dislike gyms). Looking forward to it; it will also be a challenge to schedule it in to my busy lifestyle. Ironically, I find that doing more physically reduces my appetite.

I plan to weigh in on Wednesdays and Saturdays. So, tomorrow I get to see what progress I've made.
