Would have loved to see 223 on the scale, but didn't happen. Hoping tomorrow will be 223, that's the end of the first 17 days of the diet.

224.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
