Been 162 for two weeks now, so disappointing; going to the gym; doing extra exercises to get the calories count up but through now avail...Will not give up...going to keep going....
162.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
