Well today wasn't a good food day, there was a birthday at work so there were pastries, plus Wednesday is the day my Boss brings goodies from Starbucks. I had a brownie with my lunch, went WAYYYYY over calories. However, I managed to get in some strength training AND a run, so I'm actually showing a calorie deficit of 314. It will be interesting to see what I weigh tomorrow morning!
