What a day! We took Carson to sheepherding camp. We packed tons of food, but I was quite busy with Carson and the other dogs and doggie-parents, and meeting the sheep, and taking hikes, so I didn't really eat enough during the day, resulting in the need for a bowl of cheerios this evening. Monday starts a new week and new resolve to exercise properly and eat properly. Tomorrow I have my choice of activities: ice skate, waterwalk, or work out. Will have to see how I feel. The skating and waterwalking have a tendency to aggravate my knees, so I might just do my 30-minute walk and work out on the weigh machines. We'll see...
