Yesterday I didn't get in any exercise and the weather is starting to get cooler. When I got home we made a healthy dinner but I probably ate a little too much. Goal for tonight is to get in at least 30 min. of exercise and try to create a workout schedule around school and work.

I know, I didn't work out AND I had a beer ;) But today I'm determined to get in a work out during Piper's nap, and then do some running tonight.
