It seems that when I eat more, I lose weight faster. It's Atkins, so that's possible, but it just seems weird. I ate like a pig yesterday, but it was all low or no-carb (eggs, pork rinds, salads, steak, chicken). I weigh one pound less today. I also drank boatloads of water because I've been having problems with leg cramps, so it's not dehydration weight loss. Oh, well, works for me!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes, isn't that funny how that happens? That is one of the great ironies with Atkins. People who don't loose weight aren't eating enough usually. Are you supplementing with full-sodium chicken broth? Don't forget that Atkins acts as a diuretic, so you are flushing the salts out your body..hence the leg cramps. **can we assume that you are just not getting around to putting in your later meals of the day rather than only eating 300-600 calories?

yeah thats what happened to me last week, i increased my calorie intake and drank loooooooots of water lost 1.1 kg which is unlike what i usually lose..
