In an effort to get my milk supply back up, I was eating more. Not only did I gain weight, but my milk supply continued to diminish. Baby Charlie is now being formula fed, which is somewhat disappointing. I never had supply problems with my first son. On a good note, now that I'm not breast-feeding anymore, I am going to get back on the band-wagon and lose some weight.
173.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
