How are you all? As for me, I find it difficult to keep dieting when I'm on holiday. Is it possible to maintain your weight or lose some when you're away from home? If so, any advice? How do you do it? Thanks

I find that to not gain weight on holidays I have to up my activity level, sometimes quite a lot. I fit in the extra activity usually in the morning or around our group activities...hope that helped, take care!!

Yes, you can. If you are on vacation, look for hotels that have fitness rooms or pools. Lot's of activity can counteract quite a bit of food. Walking all over is great too. If I am going out to dinner, I will try to keep breakfast and lunch lighter. It's the alcohol that can hard. When you start drinking your defenses go down and we tend to eat more. So I try to limit it.
