About a month ago, I set what seemed an ambitious goal to hit 210 by my birthday on 8/22. But I've lost so much weight with intermittent fasting, that I'm recalibrating the goal and adding an additional 10 lbs. So, my new goal is to enter Onederland by my birthday. As I'm passing 210, this is a significant mile-marker for me, because it's the lowest weight I achieved last time I had a major weight loss. At this weight, I lost control and regained the entire 70 lbs that I had lost. That was back in 2008, and I've been crawling back ever since. I'm not going to let that happen again. I'm very focused on sailing past this point and regaining, then maintaining my health and a normal weight. So, on to the next interim goal; on to Onederland~!
