amazing!
I also made sure i hit at least 10k of steps this week. This seems to have spurred on the losses.
I also did 45 minutes of gym (weights) - as i now feel a little better about doing it.
It's winter so it's been tough and as you do this diet, you seem to get colder as well while it occurs.
but this loss is amazing to me.
