Well I think I've found the key to weight loss. Everytime I keep a track of my weight or write down what I have ate it seems to work better and I lose more. I have tried both Optislim diet and Tony Ferguson but those shakes are unbearable!! I was disappointed with myself for not sticking to it but as my boyfriend said I can obviously do it without needing to live of horrid soups and shakes. So fingers crossed I can keep going in the right direction!! I have been wanting to lose this weight for a long time now, glad I finally have got the motivation to do it!!
