carbs!!
I have noticed over the past few months, whenever I eat bread, potatoes, rice etc I feel awful afterwards. Its not the 'omg I ate way too much' feeling. Its more like cramp!! Does anyone know if there's a way to still be able to eat these foods without the horrible pain afterwards? Or should I be cutting these out altogether?

Hi all. I'm new here.
Hi Jaimie Sue, I'm pretty new to FatSecret aswell! Well done you for wanting to lose weight and doing something about it. I always find that writing down/having a blog etc whilst dieting keeps me on track! Good luck! X
